Can going vegan really make a difference?

I’ve been vegetarian(still consuming eggs&dairy) for quite a while, and decided to eat this way based on my thoughts toward industry and animal cruelty. Considering these reasons, would going completely vegan be the better choice? Does being vegetarian or vegan really make a difference? Throw some opinions at me. Thanks!

How to eat fish after being a vegetarian for 3 years?

So I’m changing my diet after 3 years and I’m going to eat dairy, veggies and fish due to health reasons. The only thing is, after going without meat for so long, everything about it seems so gross to me! I tried to eat fish earlier and couldn’t because the texture made me feel weird [...]

How hard is it to be a vegetarian? I love beef, pork, chicken, deer, fish, ect?

I work long hours so it is hard to try to prepare special meals. I don’t know how to cook vegetartian stuff and like it and get enough protein. I have seen some very obese vegetarians in the 7th Day Adventist Church, many who advocate abstaining from meat and dairy products. Oh,! the obese ones [...]

Does it increase health? How? I’m not saying that those who eat fish are vegetarians. I’m well aware that they aren’t vegetarians. [...]

I was having a discussion about this and I honestly think that it’s great they save animals but I think they’re doing it for the wrong reasons. @Joy True but I still find it wrong because those aren’t the right reasons. @exsft Why don’t you start looking at what you are saying before claiming something [...]

What are Some Key Differences between the way a Dog Digests Food and a Human Being Does?

This is just out of curiosity. From what I understand a dog’s body has more stomach acid and I think it can hold food longer in its stomach. But why is it that dogs can eat all meat, hardly any fruits and vegetables and thrive; While Human Beings can be vegetarian and very healthy?

So what's the difference between me and a flexitarian?

just wondering, because I mostly eat vegetables and dairy, I eat meat occasionally, usually for medical purposes and I like it. So how am I different from a flexitarian? A flexitarian is a vegetarian who basically eats some meat for health or family purposes. I like meat, but still isn’t a flexitarian BASICALLY the same [...]

I have a friend who just went veg, and I just noticed that glycerin is one of the ingredients in the shisha I have. Hookah-Hookah brand specifies that theirs is vegetarian glycerin, but none of the other brands I have specify one way or the other.
