What is the most simple to permanently copy an animated picture into Windows Mail signature? I have Windows Vista and Firefox. I am not all the clever with technology, so please make it easy for me to understand.

My computer has Windows Vista on it and it always goes into the stupid password screen after about 10 minutes of inactivity. Could someone tell me where the option is to disable this? Thank you.
